SHARING MESSAGES

We hope to inspire you to explore your feelings through different forms of expression and perhaps reflect upon the poetry of others, which you may find inspirational.

You may find that poetry, or words and images of any kind, can come to you at all times of the day and night, and you should always be able to express messages coming from your heart.

We encourage you to write whatever you feel, whether it is love, gratitude, peace, or anything else that you choose to express.

Please don’t worry about what others will think of your writing. Anything that comes from your heart will be true and beautiful regardless of style or form. Here are some words to inspire you:

“Hope is a waking dream.”
Aristotle (384–322 B.C.)

“Here bring your wounded hearts,
here tell your anguish;
Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal.”
Thomas More (1477–1535)

“It is completely unimportant. That is why it is so interesting.”
Agatha Christie (1890–1976)

“Yet if we are bold,
love strikes away the chains of fear
from our souls.”
Maya Angelou (1928–)

“Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.”
Wayne Dyer (1940–)
