From 2010-2022, the Light of Healing Hope Foundation has been a charitable organization dedicated to providing books of hope as gifts to hospitals to comfort patients and their families at a time of adversity.

We have provided our inspirational books for patients of all ages to nurture spiritual healing from within that is such a vital part of physical healing.

We have been committed to bringing comfort to all those who are suffering by offering pathways to hope, peace, love, and courage through the beauty of art and kind words.

“I feel truly blessed that our bereavement program became a recipient of your uplifting work.

May your next endeavor fill your heart with the beauty and love that you so generously bestowed on others.

Thank you for continuing to shine your light in a world that so needs copious amounts of light. Blessings to you!”

On the night of September 11, 2001, Alexandra Villard de Borchgrave prayed for a way to bring comfort to those who had suffered the worst loss imaginable. That prayer led her to write three books of poetry, Healing Light, Heavenly Order, and Beloved Spirit. Thousands of books have been given as gifts to the 9/11 Survivors’ Families, military families, and people experiencing great personal tragedy.

That same prayer has also led to the founding of the Light of Healing Hope Foundation and to finding a fresh way through kind words and beautiful images to bring comfort to those who are suffering.

“I thought Alexandra’s beautiful little book with its inspiring words and lovely images might bring comfort and healing to the grieving families of the September 11 victims.”
~The Honorable John C. Whitehead
